Location

Objective
Front-lit LED channel letterset on raceway; temporary printed banner (interim); survey & code review; fabrication; installation
BlinkSigns partnered with Mad Chicken to replace interim storefront graphics with a permanent, illuminated identity that boosts curb appeal, improves nighttime visibility, and aligns with brand standards for a high-traffic Cleveland, OH location.
Front-Lit LED Channel Letters
The sign features a chicken logo, letters, and decorative embellishments made with 3" deep red .040 aluminum returns, 1" red trim caps, and mounted on 5" raceways painted to match SW 6102 Portabello. The logo has white acrylic faces with printed vinyl and white LEDs, the letters have white acrylic faces with white LEDs, and the embellishments use clear acrylic faces with white Tetra Contour Flex faux neon. A photo cell or timer will be verified during the site survey.
Using the city’s formula, the maximum allowed sign area is 91 square feet. The final illuminated sign will be about 40 square feet, with an additional 22-square-foot banner used temporarily during the interim phase.
Front-lit LEDs with high-contrast face/return pairing and faux-neon accents; raceway paint matched to building color (SW 6102 Portabello) to visually minimize hardware.
Deploy a clean, high-contrast printed banner as an interim solution; plan removal concurrent with channel letter installation.
Illuminated letters and logo create a clear brand beacon at both pedestrian and driver sightlines.
Consistent white LED lighting and faux-neon accents elevate visibility and aesthetic appeal
Raceway strategy consolidates power and wiring, reducing fascia penetrations and simplifying maintenance.
