Objective

Design, manufacture, and installation of single-sided monument signs for two schools.

Introduction

The Town of Wallingford engaged BlinkSigns to design, manufacture, and install new school signage for two schools located on Hope Hill Road in Wallingford, CT. The goal was to create visually impactful, durable signage that would enhance the visibility and branding of these educational institutions while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and sustainability. The project involved the removal of old signage and the installation of custom, non-illuminated monument signs.

The sign features a 2" deep single-sided HDU panel painted in Pantone 654 C TBV for the background, with the text and logo routed and painted in Sapphire Blue Pantone 3506 C, Yellow Pantone 394 C, and White. It was mounted to the existing monument using custom steel brackets securely attached to the brick pillars. The sign measures 10'0" in width, 2'9" in height, with 2'5" lettering..

The sign features a 2" deep single-sided HDU panel painted in Pantone 7623 C TBV for the background, with the text and logo routed and painted in Burgundy Pantone 7623 C, Sunflower Yellow Pantone 3514 C, and White. It was mounted to the existing monument with custom steel brackets securely attached to the brick pillars. The sign measures 12'8" in width, 5'0" in height, with 4'0" lettering.
