Dimensional Letter Signage

The centerpiece of this project is a custom-fabricated aluminum dimensional letter sign that combines precision engineering, energy-efficient lighting, and a clean, modern finish. Each letter is constructed from 15-inch-deep fabricated aluminum cabinets with 1.5-inch-wide, non-wrapping aluminum frame edges and a concealed structural back bar or bracket assembly utilizing stainless steel supports for added strength. Illumination is provided by an internal white LED lighting system for even, high-output performance, enhanced by an integrated Tetra® Contour White Light Engine for crisp, daylight-balanced brightness. The letter faces feature 3/8-inch round perforations on 9/16-inch staggered centers, with 3/16-inch bar width and 62 holes per square inch, finished in a custom palette colors. The system is supported by powder-coated steel tube members that match the face finish and incorporate a concealed internal framework to eliminate visible hardware, all installed on a new engineered concrete foundation for long-term stability and durability.
