Objective
Design, manufacture, and install channel letter signage and rigid aluminum panel replacements.
BlinkSigns collaborated with YouFit Gyms to enhance the branding and visibility of their Dania Beach, Florida location. The project involved designing and manufacturing high-quality illuminated signage that aligns with YouFit’s modern and dynamic brand identity while complying with landlord requirements for facade updates.
Front-Lit Channel Letters
The Front-Lit Channel Letters consist of two sets of fabricated, flush-mounted channel letters designed for high visibility. Each sign measures 3' -8" H x 24' -9 5/8" W and features 5-inch deep standard black returns with a 1-inch standard black trim cap. The letters are constructed with 3/16-inch white acrylic, overlaid with perforated black day/night vinyl, allowing for an eye-catching transformation between day and night. A digital print detail is included on the right side of the "Y" for added customization. For illumination, the signs are equipped with white LED lighting to ensure maximum visibility. Additionally, they include U.L. disconnect switches and power supplies, as well as a photocell for automated lighting control, enhancing efficiency and ease of use.
Rigid Aluminum Panel Replacement
The Rigid Aluminum Panel Replacement consists of two sets of routed aluminum faces with push-thru acrylic elements for a sleek and professional appearance. Each sign measures 2' -3 3/8" H x 3' -6" W and features 3/32-inch thick aluminum faces, painted in a landlord-specified color for seamless integration with the surrounding environment. The design includes 1-inch thick push-through clear acrylic, enhanced with perforated black day/night vinyl to ensure optimal visibility in various lighting conditions. Additionally, digital print accents are incorporated to maintain branding consistency and a polished final look.
