You can, but the rules are different! While Lower Broadway encourages massive, flashing neon, Germantown is a historic overlay. The MHZC (Metro Historic Zoning Commission) prefers “contextual” lighting—think halo-lit letters or “gooseneck” external lamps. We can give you that Nashville “glow” using materials that won’t get you a code violation.
No sign is 100% tornado-proof, but all our signs are engineered for the 90-115 mph wind loads required by Tennessee state code. We use reinforced steel mounting and pour concrete footings that go deep enough to handle the “expansion” of our local clay soil, ensuring your monument sign doesn’t lean after the first big spring rain.
